We diagnose on site rather than over the phone, then give you the scope and the price before any work begins. Where your city requires a permit, we pull it and schedule the inspection.
Ask us for the license number of whoever is doing the work, and for the scope, price, permit responsibility and warranty terms in writing. We provide all of it on request.
